Personal Growth

The Head of Sixth Form works closely with each student to establish their goals, career path and their next step in the world and works tirelessly with them to prepare them in every way that they can.

This means helping work on their university applications, job applications, interview techniques, charitable projects, Duke of Edinburgh awards, extracurricular activities etc.

Lessons are also given on life skills such as financial advice, mortgages, business advice, drug education and more.

“The wonderful teachers here at Greenfields are the complete opposite to those found anywhere else – they are kind and caring. I cannot thank them enough for treating me like an actual person and helping me to realise my own potential.” S.V.J — Student

Social and professional skills are developed and encouraged as the individual is helped to be a contributing member of the school.

The Sixth Form students are encouraged to participate in school activities and to take on more responsibility.

The Sixth Form are the elite of the school and all the other children look up to them. They are held in high regard and have to set an example.
