Welcome to Greenfields School. In a pastoral setting on the edge of the Ashdown Forest within our own eleven acres of woodland, Greenfields provides a complete and unique education preparing each student for life in society.

Founded in 1981, the aim of Greenfields is to provide an environment where educational results can be achieved by children of all abilities, and from all cultural, ethnic and religious backgrounds. Here they can develop high standards of integrity with confidence in themselves and respect for others.
We provide a friendly, caring and safe environment and small classes where students can grow in confidence and become able individuals. A key factor in our success is our method of study, which ensures that children really understand and can therefore use the information studied. How we accomplish this is explained later in this publication.

With small classes and attention to each individual child's needs, we excel in setting students on their chosen paths. While in school and after we expect them to take an active part in life, endeavour to change conditions for the better and set a good example.
