Why Work at Greenfields?
At Greenfields School we offer prospective applicants the opportunity to work in a school that allows them to grow and reach their full potential as a teacher or supporting staff. Whether you are applying for a teaching or support position, we take great pride in nurturing all our staff and ensuring they are able to deliver to the best of their ability.
Our teachers are incredibly talented and immensely passionate about what they do. They believe in educating the whole child as an individual; not just striving for academic excellence but providing outstanding pastoral care. We also have a wonderfully dedicated and talented team of support staff whose diverse roles are crucial to the smooth running and continuing success of the School.
Greenfields is committed to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and all staff, volunteers and other third parties are expected to share this commitment. The School adopts a safer recruitment process which is adhered to in the appointment of all new members of staff and is designed to help deter, reject or identify people who may cause harm to children or who are otherwise unsuited to work with them.
As part of the safer recruitment process, all applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post including, but not limited to, checks with past employers and an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
