GENERAL NOTES ON FEES:
One full school term’s notice of
intention to withdraw a student from the School must be given in writing to the
Head; otherwise a full term’s fees will be charged. This means that notice must be given before the first day
of a term for withdrawal at the end of that term. For any notice given
mid-term, the term’s notice period will begin on the first day of the next full
term. For example, if notice is received in March, the term’s notice period
begins on the first day of the summer term and fees will be payable through the
entire summer term.
Payment must be received before
the beginning of each term. If a yearly
payment is received before the first day of the school year in September, the
TUITION part of the fees is subject to a 5% discount.
All
enrolment and payment arrangements MUST be completed before each term starts,
and students will need Accounts approval prior to admission into the classroom
by the tutor.
There
are several ways in which payment can be made:
·
Cheque made payable
to Greenfields School
·
Cash
·
Credit Card - we take
Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, Visa Electron, Switch and SOLO. There will be a surcharge of 2% added for
this form of payment.
·
Holmwoods Termtime

school for UK families who then repay Holmwoods on a monthly basis. They add a 2.6% surcharge for this service.
Parents
who live outside the UK may pay by cheque, drawn on an English bank in POUNDS STERLING, or by Bank Transfer in
POUNDS STERLING, which must be received
by our bank BEFORE the start of
term
A late payment charge of £ 50 will be applied to any account not paid in full on the first day of term.
An
interest charge of 2% will be added monthly to any outstanding balance.
A
discount voucher scheme operates for pre-school children. Please contact
the accounts department for more information.

The deposit will be refunded when the student leaves the school,
